In the event that you choose to terminate the contract, you must provide a 3-month notice period to Remotee. During the 3-month notice period, you may continue to work with the employee without any additional penalty. However, if you decide to stop the engagement completely, Remotee will charge you a 3-month service fee. If the contract is terminated after the contract period, no fee will be imposed.
If the particular employee is terminated because of poor performance, Remotee will do its best to provide you with alternative candidates to prevent disruption to your business.
All elements on the payslip that are in a different currency than the billing currency are converted using our partner’s FX Rate. In this case, we are converting using Wise.com. This ensure a full transparency between you and Remotee.

You have full complete control over your employees hired by Remotee. Remotee will provide support and assistance to help you with payroll management, day-to-day management like attendance/leaves/etc, and provide physical support to ensure their wellbeing is taken care of, on the ground.
For hiring, yes, we do charge a one-time $500 USD onboarding fee per new hire. For office spaces, no setup fee is required.
However, if we fail to find any suitable candidates for you, it will be completely free as we only collect payment upon a confirmation from you that you intend to hire the candidate.
